Community Kitchen
The Ultimate in Community Feasts
The idea of this space is to maximise group abundance and reduce collective infrastructure through contribution and participation.
Rather than each of us having a personal kitchen at camp, there will be a fully set up kitchen, BBQ, Fridge and Oven for the use of the collective. Please bring all your food to add to the collaborative pantry - the palette from which yummy and nutritious dishes can be created. As you prepare your daily meals, make extra that can go on the Banquet Table and alleviate the need for all of us to cook every meal.
Not feeling inspired to cook? Then share in the preparation of meals and work with others to help create tantalising feasts. Have a favourite and signature dish? Make it to share. The banquet table can always have tasty and inspired treats available if we all take our turn.

What to Bring:
- Personal eating-ware and a bag to store it.
- Kitchen utensils to responsibly share - identifiable chopping boards, knives, pots & pans, cooking utensils, serving dishes, tea towels & dish
cloths etc
- Essentials - oil, butter, flour, pasta, grains, legumes, pulses, rice, fruits & vegetables, teas/coffee, drinks, sweeteners, milks, herbs & spices
- Salads - fresh leafy greens, herbs, veg, nuts, seeds
- Fruit & Veg
- Ingredients for your signature dish to share
- Sweet Treats - desserts, chocolate, baking and all manner of naughty but nice treats welcome!
In order for this space to hum, we all help to keep it clean and tidy for maximum gastronomic creation & enjoyment. Remember all recyclables and refuse needs to be packed out - bring a bag/box and take home your share. There are compost facilities available on-site for food waste.
Thank you for your care and participation.
